In 1996 Andrew founded Network Communications Industries (NCI) to pursue his drive for empowering businesses to make sensible technology decisions based on quantifiable reasoning, process and alignment with business objectives after leaving the corporate world of the manufacturing industry in Kraft where he was key in many networking projects and the odd crisis management event.
With foundation of good consulting, design, strategy and investment, Andrew argued companies could improve their success rate through implementing complex technology projects and change the way they do business.

With over 20 years experience in the business of helping many different types of businesses with their technology transformations as well as running his own, Andrew is fully aware of the challenges for both small and enterprise sized businesses.

Andrew thrives on helping others in both the community and in business. Often seen as the go to person in times of crisis or uncertainty, his level headed, calm and practical approach is always welcomed giving comfort and direction to those in need.

Tracey Keller
Operations Manager
Tracey brings a vast amount of expertise in many diverse areas of IT Systems after working in the field for over 30 years. From hands on skills in contract management, technical documentation, database management, software licensing, systems analysis, development and integration, technical support to systems administration.

Before NCI, Tracey worked within the corporate applications area of Western Mining Corporation (BHP) for 15 years. Prior to this her roles included positions at Telstra as a DBA and also a data manager for the International Diabetes Association (sponsored by WHO).
Tracey loves helping clients take advantage of new technology, educating and improving systems, which not only solve business problems but allows them to run more efficiently.
