In 1996 Andrew founded Network Communications Industries (NCI) transitioning from the corporate world to pursue his drive for empowering businesses to make sensible technology decisions based on quantifiable reasoning, process and alignment with business objectives.

With a strong foundation in consulting, design, strategy, and investment, Andrew has long advocated that companies can significantly improve their success rates by implementing complex technology projects that transform the way they operate.

​Bringing over 30 years of experience in both business and IT, Andrew has helped a wide range of organisations navigate their technology transformations through NCI. He understands the unique challenges faced by small, medium, and enterprise-sized businesses alike.

​Having led more than 150 projects across the IT and business landscape—including digital transformations, cloud migrations, office and warehouse relocations, campus fit-outs, and strategic IT initiatives—Andrew has ensured that NCI remains structured to align its services with broader business and technology requirements.
